DR. THOMAS SCHRÖER is very familiar with the “regulatory jungle”.
As a specialist lawyer for administrative law and managing director of FPS Rechtanwaltsgesellschaft, he has been advising major project developers, well-known building owners and numerous local authorities on complex large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, administrative centers and building land developments for many years. He is a member of the “Innovation in Construction” commission of the Hessian Ministry of Economics and the author of numerous guest articles, including in the feature section of the FAZ. The new federal government is in office.
The new construction minister previously founded a start-up, among other things (including a visit from Apple boss Tim Cook). What are the most urgent reforms that need to be implemented at federal level – how can construction be made easier, faster and cheaper? What exactly is behind the “housing turbo”? In particular: How can the regulatory jungle be cleared to such an extent that building is once again possible for 3000 to 3500 euros per square meter? an evening about change despite resistance.
